SHIPPING RATES

"The carrier, destination zip code and the total weight of your shipment determine our shipping rates. To easily get an estimate, use our online shopping cart: simply add the items you want, proceed to checkout, select the shipping method, and the shipping rate will be displayed. You can do this without placing an order."

OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS

Unfortunately, we cannot reserve items for future shipments once they sell out. Occasionally, popular items may be out of stock before we can update our website. If you order an unavailable item, you will not be charged for it, and we will promptly notify you of its status. We kindly ask that you place a new order when the item becomes available again. Please be aware that any out-of-stock items reordered will be shipped separately from your initial order, with shipping costs calculated based on the volume of products sent in each shipment.
